Shipping, Returns & Refunds 

At BUILTH, we just want our customers to look good.
We understand that some items may not look the way we hoped they would after trying them on.

Our returns process is easy because our shipping process is easy: 

• All purchases are charged to and shipped to BUILTH.

• BUILTH combines items into 1 package & ships directly to the customer.

 

If the customer purchases an item, tries it on and it is just not working for them, simply send it back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a refund for the item and any applicable sales tax & BUILTH fees.

• Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

• To initiate a return, please contact us and we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

• Once we receive your item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 2-3 business days.
