The customer controls the buying process:

BUILTH assembles an online cart

the customer selects items for purchase from their cart

BUILTH charges customer, purchases cart selections

BUILTH ships to customer

Whether you need help finding the perfect outfit for a special occasion or want to revamp your entire wardrobe, we can BUILTH it for you.

BUILTH services are currently catered solely to women.

BUILTH operates & ships within the USA only.

STEP 1

Customer submits their information on the homepage & receives link to complete Consultation Questionnaire.
BUILTH will reach out to schedule a "Get to Know You" call to gather any additional information needed to begin shopping.
Payment information for membership or the single-use non-refundable upfront styling fee is collected.
- For non-members, the up-front non-refundable styling fee is $20.00.
BUILTH Cart is assembled & sent to customer within 72 business hours of the call.

STEP 2

BUILTH CART:
customer selects items for purchase & notifies BUILTH when selections are complete. *
REVISED CART:
BUILTH revises cart based on customer selections & re-shares with customer.
FINAL CART & INVOICE:
- Selections are itemized
- Retailer sales & BUILTH fee(s)** are applied
- Invoice reflects cost breakdown & total amount owed; includes a secure link to complete payment.

*NOTE: minimum purchase of $50 required for each individual use of BUILTH services.

**NOTE: BUILTH fees account for shipping, postage, labor, time & urgency. BUILTH charges 15% of the total balance of your final cart, which will be clearly displayed on the final invoice prior to purchase.

***NOTE: due to timing of retailer sales and availability of items online, the BUILTH cart is valid for 5 business days. Upon cart expiration, customer must acknowledge that price is subject to increase & items are subject to availability.

STEP 3

Upon payment, BUILTH places order for Cart items.
The shipping timeline is as follows:
- Cart items are shipped from retailer(s) directly to BUILTH.
- BUILTH combines all items & ships the full order directly to customer.
